EVENT POLICIES
Site Fee Rental requires all rental cabins to be rented a minimum of 2 nights each, 3 nights for holidays.

The Site Fee includes: All limited common areas of the upper 10 acres at Timberline Meadows (this includes: spa picnic area, upper field, restroom facilities), person(s) to direct parking for non Timberline Meadows Guests, landscape maintenance, containers for trash and removal of trash, electric & water supply for: caterer, decorations & music.
