RESERVATIONS
All rentals include bed and bath linens. Housekeeping is provided prior to your arrival and upon your departure. Additional housekeeping is available for a fee upon advance request.

A 50% Deposit is required to reserve, balance paid in full 30 (60 for Holidays/New Years) days prior to your arrival.

There is a 2 night minimum (call for availability for single night stays), 3 nights for Holidays (Excludes New Year) and Winter & Event Weekends. New Years has a 5 night minimum.

Crazy Squirrels, Spirit Bear, Aspen Lodge & Valley View are identical floor plans and reservations may be interchangeable.

Check In is after 3PM
Check Out is by 11AM

All rates are per night. Rates are subject to change without posting.

CANCELLATIONS
Any payments will be refunded if you cancel in writing at least 31 (61 Holidays) days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations within 30 (60 Holidays) days or less will result in refunds only for the portion that is rebooked. All cancellations are subject to a 5% handling fee. No Shows forfeit all deposits/payments.
